Biography

Spencer Jack Phillips is a talented young footballer from Bispham in Blackpool England. He began playing football at the age of 3 and was first noticed by scouts at age 4. Spencer has attended many top north west club academy's including Liverpool FC, Manchester United FC Burnley FC, Bolton Wanderers FC, Everton FC, Blackburn rovers FC and Blackpool FC. Spencer also plays for his home team Blackpool Rangers Seasiders U 9's.

In 2011 at the end of season presentation of Blackpool Rangers FC Spencer was awarded 'managers player of the year' and was approached by the acting manager from Thornton Little Theatre (the venue for the presentation). He was asked to a football audition for the film Believe-AKA Theatre of Dreams. After the audition Spencer had extra dialogue written into the script to include an acting role for himself and was cast as 'Spence'.
