Narelda Jacobs

Narelda Jacobs OAM is a highly prominent and respected Australian journalist, news presenter, and television personality. She is particularly recognized for her trailblazing career as an Indigenous and openly LGBTQIA+ woman in commercial television and her strong advocacy for diversity and inclusion. Narelda qualified in 1999 with an Associate Degree of Performing Arts from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), being the first Aboriginal student to undertake their broadcasting course. She started her journalism career in 2000 at GWN before joining Network 10.
