Micah Brown has built an impressive career at the intersection of sports, storytelling, and filmmaking, leveraging his unique experiences as a former athlete and his passion for visual storytelling.
As a two-sport athlete at the University of Kansas, Micah competed in both football and track. He made the bold decision to leave a track scholarship to walk on to the football team, where he became a pivotal player in Kansas' historic 2008 Orange Bowl victory. A game-saving first down catch off a fake punt earned him a scholarship and helped secure the school's first BCS Championship.
After earning a degree in filmmaking, Micah began his career in Hollywood, editing movie trailers for The Refinery AV in Burbank, California. However, his passion for sports drew him back to his alma mater, where he created The Gridiron, an all-access web series for Kansas Football.
