The indie tells the story of two lifelong friends who start a dating show in NYC. The situation becomes complicated when their success accelerates faster than anyone could have imagined. The project explores the tension between love and loneliness, questioning whether one escapes solitude by helping others find meaningful relationships.

Exclusive: LeToya Luckett, Omar Dorsey, Krystal Joy Brown and Paulina Singer are set to join Starz/Lionsgate’s Power prequel series, Power Book III: Raising Kanan in recurring roles.

From creator and showrunner Sascha Penn, Power Book III: Raising Kanan takes viewers back to the ’90s and the early years of the now-deceased Kanan Stark, portrayed in Courtney Kemp’s original series by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson.

Luckett will play Kenya, Jukebox’s mother and Marvin’s ex. She left their family when Jukebox was very young, tried to make it in LA as a singer, but three years ago, she moved back to New York. Upon her return, she settles in Harlem where church is a big part of her life.

Dorsey will portray Cartier “Duns” Fareed, who is handsome, charismatic, overflowing with confidence, and always dressed to kill.

Gunpowder & Sky has partnered with Zelda Williams to develop her short film Shrimp, which premiered this year at the Tribeca TV Festival, into a weekly half-hour series.

Written, directed, produced by and starring Williams, who is Robin Williams’ daughter, the show will chronicle the lives of people who work and play in a Los Angeles bondage discipline sadism and masochism (BDSM) dens. It is old home week at Freeform's new Dead of Summer TV series. The show, created by Lost vets/Once Upon a Time creators, Adam Horrowitz and Eddy Kitsis and Once producer Ian B. Goldberg, just cast Elizabeth Mitchell and Elizabeth Lail. The duo joins Zelda Williams, Mark Indelicato, Alberto Frezza, Eli Goree, Ronen Rubinstein, and Paulina Singer.

Mitchell, who has been cast as Dead of Summer's camp owner, Deb, played Juliet Burke on Lost. She also guest-starred on Once Upon a Time, opposite Lail's Anna, during the fourth season's Frozen arc. On Dead of Summer, Lail will play Amy, a clever but nervous newbie Camp Clearwater counselor.

The cast of Dead of Summer also includes: Mark Indelicato, Ronen Rubinstein, and Paulina Singer. Described by Freeform as part coming-of-age story, part supernatural horror story, Dead of Summer is a mixed-genre series that "examines the light and dark of a summer like no other."

Ghostbusters Lego Set: Directed by Paul Feig from a screenplay he wrote with Katie Dippold (The Heat), the new Ghostbusters film is slated for a July 15th release from Sony Pictures.

In addition to Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones, and Chris Hemsworth, original Ghostbusters stars Ernie Hudson, Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Annie Potts, and Sigourney Weaver are all set to appear in the reboot, with Andy Garcia, Matt Walsh, Michael Kenneth Williams, and Cecily Strong also star. Set in the late 1980s and follows the counselors at a seemingly idyllic Midwestern summer camp called Camp Clearwater as they experience their first loves, first kisses and first kills.

Clearwater's dark, ancient mythology awakens and what was supposed to be a summer of fun quickly turns into one of terror at every turn.

Williams will play a mysterious loner counselor, Frezza is a young deputy who grows suspicious when events don't quite add up, Goree will portray an aspiring filmmaker who returns as a counselor.

Mark Indelicato, Ronen Rubienstein and Paulina Singer also star. "Once Upon a Time" creators Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis will direct the first episode which begins production in March.
