- After successfully finishing her studies in Dutch language and social culture at the University of Utrecht, Sanne was accepted for the renowned Amsterdam school of Drama and Fine Arts. She was quickly noticed by casting directors and was cast for several Dutch films and series during her studies. After graduating in 2013, she starred in the Dutch series Verliefd op Ibiza, Gouden Bergen, Meiden van de Herengracht and Project Orpheus. She also played the lead role in the Dutch remake of the series The Secret Diary Of A Callgirl.
Sanne's big breakthrough was her leading role in the historical drama Admiral. In this film she played the role of Anna, Michiel de Ruyters' wife who tried to keep her family safe while her husband was at sea. Sanne just finished shooting two Dutch films called Tuintje In Mijn Hart and De Terugkeer Van Een Wespendief and starred in the series Weemoedt and B.A.B.S.
