Biography

Meagan Nicole Madson is an artist from Los Angeles California by way of Portland Oregon. She spent her younger years in and out of the competitive dance world appearing in music videos, commercials and traveling all over the country, performing in dance shows and conventions. At 20 she added dance teacher to her resume when she moved across the world to Karlsruhe Germany to teach contemporary and hip-hop to students from Germany and across Europe. Upon returning to the states she co-produced, directed and starred in a full length dance production called Live After Five at the Imago Theatre in Portland OR. After wrapping the show, she moved back to her hometown of Los Angeles where she decided to completely and wholeheartedly commit her life to story telling, which inevitably led her to acting. In acting she found her true calling, and immersed herself in the craft, creating and being apart of as many projects as possible, as well as in depth study at many of the best acting schools in town. After only a short year of pursing acting, she has appeared in several shorts, commercials, and now Spin. Meagan plans to continue finding ways to create, inspire and tell stories and considers herself beyond lucky to be living in a city surrounded by artists of a kindred intellect, madness, and heart.
