Diggi Sisodia
An alumni of St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, Diggi (a.k.a Digvijay) is an Indian filmmaker who worked as an Assistant Director in commercials, TV shows and films. He then moved to the US to pursue the Professional Program in Producing at UCLA. Diggi directed and produced a weekly News & Lifestyle TV show broadcast nationally to the US South Asian community. In 2001, LA based Kundalini Pictures/On the Road produced Diggi's debut feature, the social drama Maya. Highly acclaimed at international festivals like Rotterdam, Flanders and Montreal, Maya was awarded the 1st Runner-Up People's choice award at the Toronto International Film Festival after Amelie. In 2002, Diggi was awarded the Remy Martin Emerging Director of the Year at the 25th Asian American International Film festival from New York's Asia Society. The film's success continued with Martin Scorsese recommending the film to be screened at the prestigious American Museum of Moving Image, New York.

Soon after, Diggi went on to create Brown, a neo-noir web series based on the book 'City of Death' by Abheek Barua, with Sunayana Kumari. The series, starring Karisma Kapoor, is produced by Zee Studios and was the only Indian show to feature at the Berlinale 2023 and is currently in post production. He also recently wrote (with frequent collaborator Gunjit Chopra) and directed Cabbage, starring Moon Moon Sen and Sabyasachi Chakraborty which is part of an anthology series produced by Sohum Shah Films. It is currently in post production. Diggi is currently attached to direct his script Ratcatcher, which placed in the Top 50 scripts at the prestigious Academy (Oscars) Nicholl Fellowship for excellence in screenwriting, for Kundalini Pictures/On the Road India. He, along with Gunjit Chopra, is also currently developing Cargo, a British web-series on human trafficking in the UK. Most recently, Diggi co-created the globally acclaimed Netflix original murder mystery series Kohrra, with Gunjit Chopra and Sudip Sharma. Currently, Diggi is developing several original series ideas of his own.
