Born and raised in New Jersey, MaryLynn Suchan started her career in NYC where she performed in several Off-Broadway Shows and starred in and wrote award-winning independent content.
Currently in LA, MaryLynn recently played a recurring role on Grey's Anatomy as MARYANN. She's produced several short films, including My Dearest Elizabeth, a short to honor her late grandmother, Mary Suchan.
MaryLynn writes hour-long dramas with moments of levity that focus on family roots, relationships and the things that bring us together while tearing us apart.
MaryLynn is the third of four children. "Being a middle child feels like my superpower," MaryLynn said. "I can take the lead when needed, but I can also give way to someone else who's in charge. I think that's helped me be the flexible actor I am, the strong addition to a writer's room... I can make a strong choice while keeping myself open to other options."
