Biography

Kingsley was born in Barnet, London, England. His mother, the daughter of Trinidadian immigrants, converted to Judaism. His mother, along with Kingsley and his brother, took on the name "Ben-Adir." The words ben adir are Hebrew, meaning "son of the strong or mighty.".

Trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, graduated in 2011.

Grandfather was an extra in the remake of La Petite Boutique des horreurs (1986).

Father is a musician and mother a caregiver.

Attended William Ellis School in Gospel Oak, Northwest London.
