Dennis Alexander Nicholson is a Canadian Director, Producer and Sound Engineer from Sydney NS. In 2011 he graduated from the Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology in London ON. He has since branched out to Directing and Producing whilst concurrently working in the Sound Dept. of top Canadian TV Shows.
After having completed the sound and music for 13 short films with 'The Blue Flame Collective' (a Toronto based film group) Dennis decided to make his own film to add to the BFC's lineup; the short comedy-horror 'The Critic' was produced Spring of 2012 and brought out a real passion in Directing for Dennis. He is currently a Boom Operator in the NABET 700 UNIFOR union local, working on Toronto based Canadian Television shows and Feature Films. Putting to good use his on set experience on Canada's top sets, he has since completed 5 more short films. Dennis continues to push himself in all aspect of filmmaking, and is currently developing several Feature Film and TV projects.
