Inti Calfat is a Belgian film director and screenwriter. He is known for his collaborations with fellow filmmaker Dirk Verheye. They work under the moniker of Norman Bates and combine an international career as commercial directors with fiction work.
Inti is born in Porlamar, Venezuela, and was raised by an Argentinean father and a Belgian mother. He attended Maastricht University in The Netherlands, where he studied arts and culture with a focus on film study and philosophy. He lives in Belgium.
