Zayn Alexandre

Zayn Alexandre is a Lebanese American film director and actor based in New York City. Alexandre's debut short film, "Abroad", an intimate drama that explores the life of a Lebanese immigrant couple, made its world premiere at the Oscar-qualifying Santa Barbara International Film Festival. Alexandre's second directorial effort, "Manara", debuted during the 76th Venice Film Festival in the Giornate degli Autori section (2019 Venice Days). Most recently, Alexandre was selected to participate in the prestigious TIFF Filmmaker Lab that took place during the 46th Toronto International Film Festival with his debut feature film, "Plus One", currently in development. "Plus One" also picked up the "Best Pitch" award at the '22 Reykjavík International Film Festival (RIFF), and was invited to participate in the highly selective Ontario Creates International Financing Forum (IFF) that same year.
