    • John J Jordan is a Los Angeles born American actor/producer/singer-songwriter with a palpable positive energy. He has a Grammy Nomination, a New York Times Best Seller credit and is a GLAAD award winner. After attending Morehouse College John starred in several thrilling television dramas beloved by critics over the past decade. First, Jordan played astute but amicable Nurse J in HBO's dramatic hit series Sesame Street (2017). He then went on to star as informant Tony Haines on The Coroner (2017) (ID Channel) and later influential heart throb John Strickland, on Lifetimes' Nightmare Tenant (2018). Jordan successfully took on his first major leading film role when he starred as Timothy asq. In He Heard My Cry (2011). The following year he starred alongside Harry Lennix in H4 the film is adaptation of Shakespeare's Henry the 4th. Jordan played the cunning and resourceful Prince John Lancaster. The cast included Keith David and a farewell performance by Heavy D. H4 was the 2011 Action on Film Award winner and received an Audience Choice nomination at Chicago International film Festival. In post-production for 2021 are Jordan's guest starting roles in Brat TV's Mani and the riveting drama addressing the mental health and homeless epidemic in California bUMs. Jordan stars on two television dramas Cypher and Journey to America while working hard with inner city nonprofit Single Parents of Power, West Angeles Rehabilitation Center and Habitat for Humanity.
