Classically trained in piano and voice, Debbie Y.J. Lin is an artist-filmmaker based in LA/NY/Vancouver/Taipei. She is the recipient of the California Arts Council Individual Artist Fellowship Grant Award and is the founder and co-curator of Video Sound Archive.
Having performed at the Walt Disney Concert Hall, Hollywood Bowl, Carnegie Hall, Museu de les Ciències Príncipe Felipe, and Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia, she experiments with site-specific poem installations and voice/video performances through the lens of Faith and technology.
She graduated cum laude from The UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music and holds dual Masters from The New School of Public Engagement and Berklee College of Music.
