Lacey Kay was born in Brantford, ON, Canada and holds an Advanced Diploma in Theatre Performance. Lacey is the recipient of a full scholarship fellowship with York University granting her a MA in Theatre, Dance and Performing Arts as she works towards her PhD in Performing Arts. Lacey has an extensive background in experimental theatre. Her first breakout role on screen was playing the infamous Amanda Knox in Global TV's episode about the real life case. Since, Lacey has worked with notable directors such as Alexander Payne and Jason Eisner, acting alongside stars such as Matty Matheson (Born To Lose, 2025) and Matt Damon (Downsizing, 2017). Lacey is best known for her numerous leading roles in Canadian Academy nominated and award winning series, Dark Side of The Ring (S4/5/6) as well as her role as the court stenographer in The Greatest (2025-2026), a new series about the life of Muhammad Ali produced by Ali's estate. Lacey resides in Toronto, Canada.
