Michael Scalzitti is an actor and musician hailing from Philadelphia,
PA. The son of a nurse and a professional bodybuilder, Scalzitti began
his performance career as a voice-over actor, landing a commercial spot
for DuPont at the age of 3. Scalzitti received his Bachelors of Science
in Theatre from Northwestern University, studying under the tutelage of
famed instructor David Downs. After college, and while looking for
performance work on the East Coast, Michael Scalzitti attended the
University of Pennsylvania Law School, receiving his Juris Doctor in
2006. After law school, Scalzitti worked as an attorney before making
the transition from law to theatre, and he has recently made the jump
from the stage to film and television.
Michael Scalzitti remains a licensed and barred attorney in Pennsylvania. He also tours and performs with his current band, Bad Veronika.
