Colin Fassnidge is a highly recognizable Irish-born Australian chef, restaurateur, author, and television personality. He's known for his "nose-to-tail" cooking philosophy, his often outspoken and "cheeky" demeanor, and his significant presence on Australian television. Colin began his culinary career in 1994, completing his apprenticeship under the acclaimed Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in London. He also worked with Gordon Ramsay.
