Agoraphobia is about Marcus and Kim, a bi-racial couple, whom both suffer from Agoraphobia (fear of going outside). They haven't left the house in a year, everything they need is delivered to them, and they live in bliss. Marcus spends most of his time writing, as he is a published author, which is how they pay the bills. Kim has received a Canon 5D Mark II camera for her birthday and decides to make a documentary about their life style. All is well until one day, there is a violent earthquake type of event that completely isolates the couple. They now have no food deliveries, no cable, cell phones, Internet, water, or electricity. This doesn't appear to be a normal earthquake, as there seems to be no signs of live whatsoever outside; there's a blaring car alarm that goes off for 3 days without being turned off, till it finally dies. There's no sounds of cars, buses, kids playing, nothing at all. As more days go by and they run out of food, running water, (which means no working bathroom), Kim begins to snap at Marcus as they both can't seem to deal with the fact that they may; parish if they don't do something quick. However, what she doesn't realize is something strange has happened to Marcus during the event; his eyes turn red for no reason, he has ringing pain going on in his head that causes him extreme pain and he eventually snaps. Something has taken him over.
