Marcus Werner Hed is a NY based, award winning filmmaker, Grierson Nominee, independent producer/director with experience in the industry across UK, Europe and USA. He has worked with broadcasters such as CNN, SVT, BBC, and funds like the BFI, CNC, The Wellcome Trust and many more. His films have been featured in festivals worldwide, screening at CPH:DOX, SXSW, Sheffield DocFest, MoMA, and many more. In 2022, his film Other, Like Me (BBC) received a Grierson Award nomination.
