Erin has an athletic background. She trains in Aerial Silks, went to college on a pole vaulting scholarship, qualified for the Ohio State Meet in cross country for four consecutive years, and also was a high school wrestler on the boys team. As a child, she was an elite gymnast, training for the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
