Vincent Seiber Hannam was born in Kissimmee, Florida to David and Peggy Hannam. He joined his high school drama club after discovering Saturday Night Live and credits the show for turning him into an actor. After high school, Hannam studied theatre at the University of Central Florida earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting. While in college, he starred in several plays such as Leveling Up, Barefoot in the Park, Bury the Dead, Les Liaisons Dangereuses, Twelfth Night, and The Pirates of Penzance.

In the summer of 2012, he got his first experience in professional theatre at the Hangar Theatre in Ithaca, New York appearing in adaptations of The Little Mermaid and The Adventures of the Dish and Spoon, as well as The Trip to Bountiful, directed by Stephanie Yankwitt. Hannam often cites his time at the Hangar Theatre for instilling in him the willingness to fail and work ethic needed for being a working actor.

Upon graduation from UCF, he traveled to Lanesboro, Minnesota for a year of work at the acclaimed Commonweal Theatre where he resides, appearing in Arsenic and Old Lace and Arcadia.

Apart from acting, Hannam's directorial work includes Holes and The Voice of the Turtle and as a playwright his play Looking for Fun(Bags) was featured in the Bad Theatre Fest in New York City and he wrote the book for Sharknami: The Musical? featured in the Orlando Fringe Festival.
