Jo Sung

Jo Sung grew up in the West End of Vancouver and then moved to Seoul, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles to live, study and perform. Jo plays Sang Hoon Yun in the Netflix series The Partner Track (fall 2022). Previously he was on the last season of Hawaii 5-0 as Zhou and Pak Jung Soo on Magnum PI. On the stage, Jo played Ben Sullivan for the LA production of 'Anatomy of A Hug,' Takehiro in 'Rashomon' and part of many experimental productions by the Alliance Residents Theatre in Brooklyn, American Harlem Theatre and PlayTime Productions. Jo is fluent in Korean, conversational French and is studying Japanese. He studied the Korean martial art Hapkido at a young age and is a proficient basketball player. He is the only high school athlete to win championships in Basketball and Rugby in the same year at the AA level in British Columbia.

Fun facts: Jo was named one of the 50 Most Eligible Bachelors of Korea by Cosmopolitan Magazine and was one of two original grill cooks of the very first Shake Shack in New York.
