Born in Miami, raised in Colombia. Has a degree in business management and 14 years of acting experience in
commercials, films, television and theater. An actress known for her versatility.
Her acting debut was in the TV show Burn Notice as Isabella (2008), she was a finalist in Nuestra Belleza Latina (2009) and Vanessa's most recognized role was Maria in the TV Show Eva Luna (2010).
Vanessa started her acting career as a kid in multiple theater plays, once she moved to the U.S. and finished her bachelor's degree she decided to start working as a professional actress in 2007. Since then she have played small roles in the Latin market and participated in productions filmed in Miami. After taking professional acting training with casting directors such as Ellen Jacoby and Lori Wyman, acting coaches such as Adriana Barraza (Oscar nominated), Flavio Caballero, Shari Shaw in LA, among many others; Vanessa's had the opportunity to be part of at least 30 productions as a guest star, co-star and lead and she has booked over 200 commercials. She speaks English and Spanish which allows her to work in both markets along with several special skills, like extreme sports, photography, modeling, self-defense fighting, TV hosting, dancing, voice over, teleprompter, horseback riding, chef, video gamer, and every basic sport.
