Johanne Larue has been Executive Director, Audiovisual Development and Production, at the Société de développement des entreprises culturelles (SODEC), in Quebec, since November 2016. She was also a project manager for this same department from 2002 to 2007.
Previously, Ms. Larue worked as a content producer at Attraction Images and as a content manager for dramas and feature films at the Société Radio-Canada.
Ms. Larue has taught film studies at Concordia University since 1986 and has given numerous workshops on script writing and the art of pitching at the National School of Humour in Montreal and at INIS, the Institut national de l'image et du son.
