David Radcliff is an Emmy-nominated writer, with produced credits in comedy and drama, and was most recently staffed on the CBS drama, Tracker. He has also written on ABC's The Rookie, Disney Jr.'s Pupstruction, and Netflix's Waffles+Mochi, the last of which was produced by the Obamas' Higher Ground Productions and starred First Lady Michelle Obama.

Born with cerebral palsy, David serves as Co-Chair of the Disabled Writers Committee at the Writers Guild of America, West, and as a steering committee member of the Think Tank for Inclusion and Equity (TTIE). He has also been an expert judge for the Sentinel Awards, at the Norman Lear Center's Hollywood Health and Society program, which honor accurate depictions of health, science, and climate change topics.

An alumnus of the Disney Television Writing Program as a comedy writer, David won the Austin Film Festival's Best Dramatic Teleplay competition and was a finalist in the Best Comedic Teleplay competition at that festival. He was also a top-five finalist in one of the Austin Film Festival's feature screenplay categories. His crime comedy short, Call the A.D.A., won the Best Writing Award at the Easterseals Disability Film Challenge, after having competed against 134 other entries.

David has been a consultant for several projects in television and film, including the Emmy-winning series Ada Twist, Scientist and the Oscar-nominated documentary Crip Camp.

He enjoys short walks on the beach.
