Chloë Levine is an award winning New York artist, actor, writer, director and producer. Most recently Levine wrapped production on a romantic drama film, Bird Song, in which she plays the titular character. She stars in and executive produces Somnium, a psychological thriller directed by Racheal Cain Stephens. Somnium premiered at the 2024 Chattanooga Film Festival, where Levine was honored to win Best Lead Actress at Filmquest 2024 for her performance in the film.
In 2023, Levine was seen in Shudder's The Sacrifice Game. In 2019 Levine made her Sundance Film Festival debut starring in Rhys Ernst's film Adam. She also received critical acclaim for her performances in The Ranger (2018), which premiered at SXSW, and The Transfiguration (2016), which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival, Un Certain Regard. She also stars in Savage Youth, No Alternative, Ask for Jane, and King Jack, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and won the 2015 Audience Award.
Levine was also in the second season of Netflix's Trinkets alongside Brianna Hildebrand, Brit Marling's critically acclaimed The OA Part I, II as well as The Society. Additional credits include Marvel's The Defenders, CBS's Bull, HBO's High Maintenance, and Antarctica, in which Levine stars and executive produced, written and directed by Keith Bearden.
Levine made her directorial debut with her short film Dragon, which won Best Experimental Short in the 2014 Tribeca Film Institute's "Our City, My Story".
Levine's short film Blubber, which she co-wrote and directed, premiered at the Greenpoint Film festival 2024. Levine is now in post-production on her next film Bloom as director/writer.
