Leo Lavazza is the Senior Executive Vice President of Production &
Operations for 360Powwow, with over twenty years of
experience in the television industry. Lavazza has implemented various
new business models in the US and Latin America and is an expert in the
assembly of complex outdoor setting production services.
Until 2010, he served as Vice President of Production for Imagina US, where he supervised the West Coast operations of "Temptation Island" (Fox), "12 Corazones" (Telemundo), "12 Hearts" (NBC & MTV), "VH1 Goes Inside Big Brother" (VH1), and "A Lyon in the Kitchen", "Cambiemos de Esposas" (Wife Swap) and "Mientras no estabas" (While you were out) for Discovery. He was also involved in the production of "Alessandra" (Lifetime) and "Survivor" for different territories.
Some of the more recent and notable productions developed for Powwow are: "Dance!", an 80-episode teen Musical dramedy series co-produced with Rosenbush/Borden (the Executive Producers of High School Musical); "El Líder de la Manada", a reality show with Cesar Millan for Cuatro (Spain); and "The Leader of the Pack". Additionally, Powwow is developing a scripted series with Greg Bonann (Baywatch), a talk-show for US Hispanic TV, and two Reality TV competitions co-developed with Phil Gurin: "Human Towers" and "Generation Dance Off", among other projects.
