Lara Vilanova / Cinematographer & Colourist Lara Vilanova in Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain).
In 2008 she graduated from the School of Film and Audiovisual of Catalunya (Escac), thus beginning her career as a cinematographer in television and film. In 2009 won the Kodak / Nahemi for Best Cinematography in "Encounters Film Festival" (England). She was selected in 2011 to attend as Cinematographer at the Berlinale Talent Campus and the Locarno Summer Academy.
Nowadays she combines her career as Cinematographer with Colourist. Prestigious companies such as The Chimney and Discovery Channel have contracted for their audiovisual works made with Da Vinci, Mistika and Baselight. Her growing cinematography's career can be demonstrated with projects like "Treinta Lumes" directed by Diana Toucedo selected in Berlinale Panorama 2018. She won Best Cinematography Award in Cinespaña in Toulouse. Now is nominated for next Fènix and Camerimage (Golden frog).
