Audra Charles’ Invitation
In the next episode, fans can expect Audra to receive an unexpected invitation. At first, I thought this would be from Holden Novak (Nathan Owens).
However, after watching the Thursday, April 3 episode, I’m pretty sure it’s connected to Victor’s chat with Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) about Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). The connections that Victor brought up could be paranoia. Or, he could be onto something huge.

Next week, one must-see moment will feature Chloe and Sally. Now, Sally probably won’t divulge what Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) said about Aristotle Dumas.
However, Sally is concerned about how much Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is leaning on Billy. At one point, Sally assured her boyfriend that Phyllis was a big girl. Phyllis also has family, but for some reason, she’s not leaning on them.

The Young And The Restless Preview Week Of March 31: Chloe’s Devious Advice, Lauren’s Urgent Warning
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for the week of March 31, 2025. It shows Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) suggesting Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) play dirty.
Meanwhile, Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) urges Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) to betray Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
Sally Spectra’s Concern
The preview clip shows Chloe and Sally meeting. Of course, Chloe will be able to sense that something is bothering her friend and business partner.
The redhead might keep Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) shady and vengeful business deal a secret. What Sally could tell her friend, though, is Billy is spending a lot of time with Phyllis.
Sally already called Billy’s bluff. While the redhead couldn’t get any solid details, she might not be able to get it out of her head.
Sally knows that Billy can go to extremes and in catastrophic ways.

The main cast also includes Kron Moore and Daniel Croix Henderson, with Hurd playing the First Daughter Gayle Franklin.

She also expanded into films with roles like The Cat in the Hat, Ben 10: Race Against Time, Beauty Shop, and Cradle 2 the Grave, which starred her late godfather Dmx. From there Hurd got to grow a little more with recurring roles like Tasha Clarkson on Everybody Hates Chris and Samantha Glover in Hawaii Five-o. Hurd stepped into more adult roles as first daughter Grace Franklin in Tyler Perry’s The Oval and Lauren Baldwin in Power Book II: Ghost. Coralie’s Fargeat’s “The Substance,” “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” and “The Deliverance” led the 12th annual Make-Up Artists & Hair Stylists Guild Award nominations.
The body horror of Fargeat’s “The Substance” resonated with the make-up and hair stylist guild with three nominations. "Power Book II: Ghost" is considered the weakest series in the "Power" universe, largely due to its misleading title and the absence of the beloved character Ghost. The absence of Ghost, a fan-favorite character known for his likability and embodiment of power, is a significant disappointment for viewers. The main character, Tariq St. Patrick, is not as compelling as his father, Ghost, contributing to the less positive reception of "Power Book II: Ghost" compared to other shows in the franchise.
Power Book II: Ghost is the second crime drama television series set in the Power universe on Starz, and many consider it the worst one out of the four chapters in the franchise. The spinoff premiered on September 6, 2020, a few months following the Power series finale, and is a direct sequel to the first show. Even though the second spinoff is well-regarded, every series in the Power universe is. As a result,...

Lauren Baldwin is very much among the living, but where has she been?

And the questions didn't stop at just Power, as we talked about her time on The Oval and some of her favorite series.
It was a very well-rounded chat with the warm and affable Hurd. Enjoy, Power fans!

Season 3 of Power Book II: Ghost has smashed viewership records for Starz.
The premiere episode delivered 5.8M multi-platform viewers in its first three days after it debuted on March 17, which the network says is its biggest premiere weekend ever. That’s up quite significantly from the 362,000 viewers that tuned in to the episode’s initial live telecast.
Weekend multi-platform viewership for the Season 3 debut was also up about 30% from the Season 2 premiere in November 2021. Interestingly, the Season 2 premiere drew 518,000 for its live broadcast, which was on a Sunday. Season 2 averaged a little over half a million live viewers per episode.
Prior to the launch of Season 3, Starz signaled its confidence in the series with an early renewal for a fourth installment. Season 4 is currently in production in New York.

Starz’s “Power Book II: Ghost,” the first spinoff from parent series “Power,” is settling into an identity that its stubborn predecessor would not. It’s kitsch TV, even though fans and creators (Courtney Kemp and Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson) tried to convince themselves otherwise. That confusion mimicked the duality of original series star Omari Hardwick’s James “Ghost” St. Patrick, drug kingpin and family patriarch, burdened with a complication Michael Corleone succinctly expressed when he said: “Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in!”
That original show was no “Godfather.” A tawdry soap opera that took itself too seriously, “Power” aimed for greater heights, unsuccessfully. But its successor is content to be just a caricature of superior crime dramas that came before it.
Heading into the “Power” series finale in early 2020, Starz milked the “Who Killed Ghost?” advertising catchphrase, mobilizing a large, dedicated fanbase that helped...

Power may be over, but the franchise still has a lot of life left.
Starz on Tuesday dropped the full-length trailer for Power Book II: Ghost, which picks up in the aftermath of Power Season 6.
Tariq St. Patrick grapples with a new world order: his father dead and his mother, Tasha, facing charges for the murder her son committed.
Not to mention the academic rigors of the Ivy League university Tariq is attending to earn his inheritance.
Truly on his own for the first time in his life, Tariq is forced to split his time between school and hustling to pay for Davis MacLean, the fame-hungry defense lawyer who is Tasha’s only hope of getting out of jail and escaping prosecution by newly minted U.S. Attorney Cooper Saxe.
With no better options, Tariq turns to the familiar drug game, entangling himself with a cutthroat family headed by Monet Stewart Tejada,...

Langford’S Picks And Pans
The L.A. Complex
It’s no secret that I am tired of coming out stories, but I am really enjoying Kal’s struggle with his sexuality. Maybe because even though it’s riddled with the usual clichés, it’s somewhat different in that it’s being told with a person of color This is a definite rarity and we’re getting a glimpse into the world of rap and how that plays into Kal’s hatred over his sexuality. It helps that Andra Fuller is doing a wonderful job in the role.
I loved his initial scene with the doctor where he saw to it that he didn’t have to leave the hospital and face the world again by confessing his continued suicidal thoughts, but I was disappointed that we didn’t get more interaction with Kal, his doctor and the other people in the hospital.
