Biography

Jonathan Hsu started producing during his years at NYU. He worked his way from production assistant to location manager to line producer.

Finding success in shooting commercials, he went on to produce at boutique commercial production companies until he started to freelanced with Partizan, Radical Media, Gorgeous, Park Pictures, and MJZ. He started with producing non-union branded content and music videos while slowly building his network enough to start his own production services company Hsubox Productions Inc. winning Cannes Lions, Webbys, OneShow, AD&D, and multiple other advertising honors.

On top of his commercial production, he also has produced for features "Solace" by Tchaiko Omawale, "A Wounded Fawn" directed by Travis Stevens, "Closing Dynasty" by Lloyd Lee Choi and "Starring Jerry As Himself" with Law Chen.

In 2018, he formed Forces Unseen LLC for development and production of Feature films with his partner Law Chen.
