Apache Gonzalez AKA Apache Prinze Born Apache Gonzalez was born in one
of the toughest neighborhoods in Brooklyn NY. were he at a young age
learned to worked on his writing skills because the streets weren't a
safe place to be. His father a singer also, who had a single out in the
80"s, saved what little money he could in order to give his son every
possible opportunity. he arranged for Apache to start taking piano
lessons. to keep him off the streets. Apache started doing shows with a
band that his father used to manage, he got his first tastes of being
on stage at the age of 9. as he got older Apache realized this was what
he wanted to do. He performed in Hs talent shows and plays. For the
next few years after HS Apache was acting and singing doing bit parts
and back ground roles in major films. paying his dues till he got that
role so he could finally be accepted in Screen Actors Guild. While
doing background work for $30 for the day he finally got his break
Apache was playing a drug dealer opposite Alexis Cruz (Stargate,Why do
fools fall in love)Isaiah Washington, Nestor Serrano and Troy Winbush
(Cosby show) Apache got his big break when he was giving lines by the
director (Jesus Salvador Trevino,Star Trek:TNG,DS9,Voyager) and on that
day he went from just back ground to principal actor. Apache thought to
him self that if it wasn't for him going to work that day for just $30
he would have never gotten his break. the rest is history. Apache has
played along side Samuel Jackson, Jeffery Wright, Vanessa Williams and
Busta rhymes in SHAFT, Jennifer Lopez, Stanley Tuck and Ralph Finnes in
Maid In Manhattan, Jessica Alba in fantastic four, Toby McGuire in
Spiderman 2, TV Shows Like Sex In The City ,Sopranos. He has also
worked on the Production side on I Am Legend, American Gangster ,
Bourne Identity Julie Julia, What happens in Vegas, Baby mama, White
collar, ugly Betty, Empire Boulevard, How to make it in America and so
on.
Apache has also been in the studio finishing up his new album. After years of bit roles and paying his dues in he industry Apache is hoping that by 2013 his career will have the jumpstart he's been waiting for . Apache has recently moved to Hazleton PA a small town were he can enjoy the piece an quiet an still be close enough to the big Cities to continue his acting and Movie career.
