Image
Mammoth Wvh paid tribute to Ozzy Osbourne with a rendition of his classic “Mama, I’m Coming Home” at a concert Tuesday, hours after the heavy metal legend’s death.

“That fucking sucks that we’re in a world that doesn’t have Ozzy Osbourne anymore,” Wolfgang Van Halen said during the band’s gig in Hartford after leading the crowd in a chant of “Ozzy.” “It was right before soundcheck that we found out [about Osbourne’s death]. I said we have to do something, because just mentioning it isn’t enough. We...

Lady Gaga Plays “Crazy Train,” Wears Ozzy Osbourne T-Shirt at “Mayhem Ball” Concert
Image
In the hours following Ozzy Osbourne’s passing, tributes poured in from around the world — from nearly every musician imaginable to Kermit the Frog, PETA, and even the Alamo. To close out her “Mayhem Ball” show in San Francisco on Tuesday night, Lady Gaga honored The Prince of Darkness by wearing an Ozzy t-shirt and closing the show with a recording of “Crazy Train.”

Gaga did not cover “Crazy Train” herself, but rather played Ozzy’s own recording at the show’s conclusion as she and her dancers wrapped up their set closing performance of “How Bad Do U Want Me.” Once Randy Rhoads’ signature guitar riff rang aloud, Gaga began head banging along and flashed her Ozzy t-shirt.

Wednesday Season 2: Is Larissa Weems Dead? 3 Clues Pointing to Her Return
Image
Netflix‘s Wednesday delivered a jaw-dropping Season 1 finale. But one of its most shocking moments came with the apparent death of Principal Larissa Weems, played by Gwendoline Christie. She is also revealed to be a shape-shifter.

She used her shape-shifting abilities to disguise herself as Tyler Galpin to expose Laurel Gates, the true villain operating as Miss Thornhill. Upon realizing she’d been tricked, she stabbed Weems in the neck with a syringe full of nightshade poison. It killed her instantly, or so it seemed.

While the series presents Weems’ death as a sacrifice, many fans aren’t convinced it’s the end. Given the supernatural world of Wednesday, there are strong reasons to believe Weems could return in Season 2. Here are three major clues pointing to her possible comeback.

Wednesday Season 2’s One Theory Reminds Me of Sarah Michelle Gellar’s Past Gem
Image
Before Jenna Ortega‘s Wednesday began exploring death, Sarah Michelle Gellar‘s Buffy Summers had already set the standard for supernatural transformation. Wednesday Season 2 creeps closer to its August 6 premiere on Netflix.

The gothic teen mystery, starring Ortega as the daughter of the Addams Family, became a breakout hit after its 2022 debut. Now with darker storylines, the show is heading towards a transformation similar to another iconic supernatural character, Buffy.

In Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Buffy dies in season 1 to confront the Master and unlock her full Slayer potential. The death is part of the prophecy. She was revived by Xander’s CPR. Upon revival, Buffy became stronger and could defeat the Master. In the season 5 finale, The Gift, she leapt into a portal to save Dawn. When she was resurrected in season 6, she returned changed. More powerful, but the experience affected her psychologically.

Lady Gaga Falls and Quickly Recovers While Greeting Fans During Vegas Show
Image
A little trip and fall won’t stop Lady Gaga from saying hello to her Little Monsters. During her third Mayhem Ball show in Las Vegas on Saturday, the singer lost her balance and tripped while performing “Vanish Into You,” right at the part of the show where she approaches the barricade to interact with her fans.

In videos posted online, Gaga could be seen slipping as she walked past a cameraman, who nearly lost his footing too, just before she (ironically) sang the lyrics, “Into the night … we fall,...

Billboard Hot 100: Every No. 1 song of 2025
Image
The Billboard Hot 100 singles chart measures the top songs every week during the tracking week of Friday through Thursday based on their combination of sales, online streams (audio and video), and radio airplay. Scroll down for the list of every song that came out on top in 2024, updated weekly.

The Beatles have had the most No. 1 hits ever with 20 different chart-toppers. They're followed closely by Mariah Carey, who has led the tally with 19 songs; she also holds the record for the most cumulative weeks spent at the top spot. Carey's 1995 duet with Boyz II Men, "One Sweet Day," once held the record for the longest run on top with 16 weeks at No. 1. But that was eventually tied by "Despacito" by Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee featuring Justin Bieber in 2017, and then finally bested by Lil Nas X, whose "Old Town Road" featuring Billy Ray Cyrus commanded the chart for...

The first version of "A Star is Born," directed by William Wellman, was released in 1937, and starred Fredric March as Norman Maine, a slumping Hollywood star whose career has been nearly destroyed by alcoholism. Janet Gaynor starred as Esther Blodgett, stage name Vicki Lester, an up-and-coming singer who Norman takes under his wing. He may or may not be able to salvage his own career, but Norman still succeed vicariously through Vicki. He stops drinking. Naturally, the two begin a doomed romance, and audiences sense that it's only a matter of time before alcoholism rears its ugly head. Maine will not survive to the end.

Wellman's film was acclaimed enough to be nominated for eight Academy Awards, including Best Picture, the first color film to hold the distinction. It lost to "The Life of Emile Zola" that year, but its reputation remained strong.

Brad Pitt’s ‘F1 Movie’ Leaves Keanu Reeves’ $447 Million Blockbuster in the Dust at the Global Box Office
Image
Having already established itself as the highest-grossing film ever produced by a tech company, Apple’s F1 is racing towards the coveted $500 million milestone at the global box office. In its fourth weekend of release, the movie zoomed past the $450 million mark thanks to another solid hold, despite fresh competition from a trio of new releases that all underperformed. Starring Brad Pitt, F1 remains in a contest with holdover hits such as Jurassic World Rebirth and James Gunn’s Superman. In a few days, it’ll have to fend off additional competition from Marvel’s The Fantastic Four: First Steps. But it can bask in the glory of becoming the year’s biggest original blockbuster, having overtaken Ryan Coogler’s Sinners.

With $155 million domestically and another $307 million from overseas markets, F1 has grossed a cumulative total of $460 million worldwide. This puts the movie ahead of Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga’s A Star is Born,...

Excited for 'Wednesday' Season 2? The Famous Addams Family Member Teams Up With Wendy's for a Spooky New Meal
Image
The spooky season is starting early this year with Wednesday Season 2 right around the corner. The Jenna Ortega-starring Netflix series from Tim Burton, based on The Addams Family, took binge watchers by storm when it debuted in late 2022. It also took hold of collectors’ wallets with a handful of killer Wednesday merchandise. Now Addams Family Mania has returned in the form of a new collaboration with Wendy's restaurants.

Wendy's will officially be getting a limited-time “Wednesday Meal” starting on August 4. That's just days before Part 1 of Season 2 hits Netflix. Unlike Burger King’s Addams Family Whopper collaboration last year, this Wendy's meal is directly based on the popular Netflix show. However, we don't know what's in the meal yet. From the appropriately shadowy teaser image posted to Instagram by Markie Devo, there looks to be some kind of Frosty involved and non-food happy meal-style collectibles. Wednesday is also seen...

RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Finale: Did the Right Queen Win Season 10?
Image
For a season filled with twists and turns, the finale of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 10 was surprisingly… unsurprising.

Sure, I was moderately gagged to see Kerri Colby strut into the Werk Room as the official wild-card pick, but only because it felt like the stage had been set for the dramatic return of Mistress Isabelle Brooks. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a total KerBear, but bringing Mistress back would have infused this finale with some much-needed drama.

The “Summerboy” performance saw Gaga playing the Fame song on guitar while surrounded by dancers in what seemed like a heated summer club setting. She snuck the track later in the show after debuting the Mayhem bonus song “Kill for Love.”

Wednesday Keeps Dimming the One Character Who Could Go Nuclear
Image
Enid Sinclair might just be one of the most powerful characters in Netflix‘s Wednesday. But the show keeps pushing her into the background. With her newfound strength and her ability to connect with Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega), Enid has everything it takes to steal the spotlight. However, she’s mostly stuck playing sidekick. She’s here only supporting Wednesday’s story without her moment to truly shine.

The new Season 2 trailer dropped a surprise twist. It includes a glimpse of Enid’s gravestone and Wednesday’s words, “Enid dies, and it’s all my fault.” That’s a huge shock to fans who have loved Enid since season 1. But if this isn’t just one of her eerie visions, it could mean the show is about to write off its brightest character. And honestly, this would be a massive missed opportunity.

Wednesday‘s Enid Sinclair Could Go Nuclear If...

‘Wednesday’ Season 2 Trailer: Enid’s Demise Teased As Death Lingers Over Nevermore Academy
Image
Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega) returns to Nevermore Academy in the trailer for Season 2 of Netflix’s Wednesday, revealing some “mysterious and kooky” plot details.

“How does it feel?” Morticia Addams (Catherine Zeta-Jones) asks her titular daughter in the trailer, as the family arrives with her at Nevermore to drop her off.

She responds dryly, “Like returning to the scene of the crime. I already know where the bodies are buried.”

Watch the trailer above.

Wednesday is focused on getting where she needs to be when she is approached by a bubbly man dressed in head-to-toe purple. This is her new principal, Barry Dort (Steve Buscemi), who refers to Wednesday as the savior of Nevermore, a comment connected to her heroic deeds in Season 1. Much to the famous pupil’s chagrin, she also has a bevy of fangirls hoping to get their queen’s autograph.

“Demented Flashbacks,” Unfinished Music and a “Very Weird Movie”: Anne Hathaway Reveals New Details on A24’s ‘Mother Mary’
Image
New details have emerged about David Lowery’s Mother Mary courtesy of a new Vogue cover story featuring its Oscar winning star Anne Hathaway.

The A24 film casts Hathaway as the title character, a pop star described as a Lady Gaga-meets-Taylor Swift hybrid who flees a tour and winds up seeking out an old friend and fashion designer (Michaela Coel) who helped shape her public persona. Based on interviews Vogue writer Maya Singer included in the piece, Mother Mary sounds like a challenging project for all involved, or at least “intense” per Singer who describes the (nearly) finished product as “a very weird movie.”

Much of the film “turns on the making of a dress, which is spectacular,” and most of the action finds Hathaway and Coel hanging out in a 13th century barn where those involved may have gone “temporarily, mildly insane,” Singer writes. There are “a...
