- In July 2013, her then husband Kroy Biermann adopted her two daughters and the girls subsequently changed their last names to become Brielle Biermann and Ariana Biermann.

- In May 2023, she filed for divorce from husband of 11 years Kroy Biermann, citing their date of separation as April 30. This was announced around the same time it was revealed that the couple owed $1.15 million in unpaid taxes.
