His short "iBully" which he co-directed with Paul Morente won an award at the New Media Film Festival for Best LGBT.
He established Behind the Scenes Corporate Coaching, a coaching company that uses acting techniques in day to day business dealings. The thought behind is "Let's make being human work again."
