Disney Content Showcase Apac 2024 has seen a massive influx of anime announcements, including the highly anticipated release window and a new look at Disney's Twisted Wonderland anime.

Via Cinema Today, Disney's Twisted Wonderland the Animation will premiere on Disney+ in 2025, with the first of its three installments, "Episode of Heartslabyul," premiering in October. The anime adapts the original game designed by Black Butler manga creator Yana Toboso, developed by f4samurai and published by Aniplex. A new visual was released featuring the dorm leaders Riddle Rosehearts of Heartslabyul, Leona Kingscholar (Savanaclaw), Azul Ashengrotto (Octavinelle), Kalim Al-Asim (Scarabia), Vil Schoenheit (Pomefiore), Idia Shroud (Ignihyde) and Malleus Draconia (Diasomnia). For the past year, the Eyeshield 21 manga, written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Yusuke Murata, has been celebrating its 21st anniversary. That celebration has culminated in a special one-shot 55-page chapter which was published in Weekly Shonen Jump today in Japan. Alongside the chapter, the finished version of Murata’s animation, which was created at his Village Studio anime studio, was released on the Shonen Jump YouTube channel. The newest chapter continues the story and follows Sena Kobayakawa and the rest of the team as they move into the world of college football and fight for their dreams and pride. The English name for the fantasy adventure is The Rookie Middle-Aged Adventurer Was Trained to Death by the Most Powerful Party to Become Invincible, and is typically shortened to Shinmai Ossan Bōkensha. Newly released character stills unveil the middle-aged protagonist Rick Gladiator (Takuya Satō). Joining Gladiator is Reanette Elfelt (Saori Ōnishi), Broughston Ashorc (Kenta Miyake), Mizett Eldwarf (Toshiyuki Toyonaga), and Alicerette Draqul (Misaki Kuno).

One-Punch Man's artist is celebrating the anniversary of his work Eyeshield 21 in style.

Before working on One-Punch Man, Yusuke Murata worked on many series. One is Eyeshield 21, which he illustrated in July 2002 with Riichiro Inagaki writing. To mark the monumental 21st anniversary, Murata announced a new animated work called BRAINxBRAVE. Like his other animated work Zaiyuki, the video does not contain any sound or voices, but sports bright colors and smooth flow as Eyeshield 21's Sena Kobayakawa expertly weaves around his opponents with incredible speed and agility. Murata has yet to reveal a release date for the one-shot as of this article's publication.
