Supporting CANFAR at the TDotTV Experience TIFF lounge
Skye Collyer began her TV career as co-host of TSN's Scooter Girls while still at theatre school and, since 2007, has been national host of GTV's Watch and Win movie night every weekend across Canada. Skye has covered several high profile events such as the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF -2009 & 2010), the Much Music Video Awards (MMVA's 2009) with Tdot.TV, Toronto Fashion Week (2009-2010) with SunTV, Rogers TV Buffalo Bills game day segments, live OHL and pre-game LeafsTV Gate5 Live coverage (2010), as well as E! Entertainment nightlife hotspots (2009). She has also covered charity events for Princess Margaret Hospital, and shoots corporate segments with the Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC) and Rogers. She has also worked as anchor for the Daily Ticker investor's news show, on-air Sports Zone OHL primetime, on-air Shopping Channel spokesperson for sports-related products, and guest co-host for programs on W and HGTV.

Skye is an accomplished actor who just completed a new Canadian series for BNN Stock and Awe (2010) where she plays the leading lady's arch nemesis. She also played a supporting role as Mindy in Stardust Pictures' Shark City (2009) with Vivica A. Fox, Corey Haim, and Carlo Rota. She played a leading role in CBC's X-Pod, created by 2-time Emmy winner Xenophile Media, and starred in indie hit Aversion Therapy, an award-winner at the 2003 New York 48-Hour Film Festival. She has also appeared in many high-rotation MuchMusic and CMT music videos.

Skye delivers vibrant on-the-spot coverage for a wide audience: from entertainment & music news to the fashion runways, and corporate videos to live game day sports action. As a classically trained actor whose niche has become on-air hosting, the range of her experience reflects the universality of her appeal.

Away from the entertainment world, Skye works as a licensed sales assistant for a leading independent full service investment dealer, Canaccord Genuity.

She continues to remain very active in the community, volunteering her time with Literature for Life and Landed Entertainments Film Jam's Serving Charity.
