Guillaume was born in Cannes. After his Masters in engineering, he traveled the world as a model. He studied acting at the William Esper Studio in NYC.
The first feature film he directed, "Devils in Disguise", has been viewed 28 million times. His second feature, "Whenever I'm Alone With You", had its World Premiere at the Oldenburg International Film Festival in 2023 and won 25 Awards worldwide. He was one of the director of the music video Anthology "One Way Ticket to the Other Side" for the band "Pornographie Exclusive" and executive produced by Deborah Kara Unger (Crash, The Game) that premiered at the Oldenburg International Film Festival in 2024. His third feature film, "The Silent Sinner", is in post production.
As an actor, Guillaume worked with David Fincher, David Lynch, Emmanuel Lubezki, Jane Fonda... David Lynch told him: "Guillaume, you are a great actor".
