His career began when he created the Toronto smash hit "Yuppies! The Musical" followed by "Quiche My What" . Later he was commissioned by the Town of Gravenhurst to write "Scenes From My Dock!" to commemorate the 100th anniversary of their Opera House. He founded the Muskoka Theatre Project , which over two decades produced several of his own original plays and musicals including "Wake Me When It's Over", "Scenes From the 19th Hole", "Cottage Cheese and Wedding Whine", The Audit and his award winning one-woman show "Quiet! Since 1999 he has been writing and drawing several comic series including "The Weekend Guy", "Simply Green" and "Chasing Iago" published in various Metroland, Sun Media and other publications.

From 2008 to 2018, Vince founded and was executive director of the Rosseau Culture and Arts Project (R'CAP), an arts and culture organization that fosters artistic and cultural activity in Northern Ontario. Under his direction RCAP managed The Muskoka Theatre Project, The Muskoka Independent Film Festival, The TWG Gallery plus The Academy of Arts and Practical Science, "Kinderfest". From 2013-2015 he created and lead "Destination Rosseau" an integrated summer festival of art, theatre, music and film. The festival drew thousands to the Village of Rosseau and gained international attention.

In 2017 Vince was commissioned to write and produce "My Muskoka" a film about the one day event where he brought 200 strangers together to learn and sing (and be filmed) his own an original song.

In 2020 he left Muskoka and moved to Nova Scotia while he continues to create and develop new films and other media projects under his new company Fugitive Lobster Productions Inc. First up in 2023, he's producing and directing his feature, "Life's a Joke And Then You DIe!", based on his stage play "The Audit".
