Luis Eduardo Valencia is a Mexico native. He comes from a small town in
the south of Mexico near Guadalajara. His interests in filmmaking began
just when he was a little kid as he watched films from the Mexican
Golden Age of cinema, which has great influence in his stories. He
graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2009 and
earned his Bachelors degrees in Film & Media Studies, and Italian
Studies. He is attending the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles and
completing his MFA in Filmmaking.
