Born in Albania, Amos Zaharia is an actor and film director. He graduated from AFMM (Academy of Film & Multimedia Marubi), department of film directing. Prior to that, Zaharia also attended one year in "Academy of Fine Arts" in Tirana, department of acting. At the age of 19 he won "best actor" in the "9/11 Film Festival" in Kosovo with "She, The Saint" by Eno Milkani. During his first year at AFMM he appeared in "The Albanian" (2010) by Johannes Naber. The film had world wide recognition and won many awards. He is best known for the role of Martin in "The Last Wish" which was part of the official selection of "Montréal World Film Festival" 2014. In 2018 Amos was nominated as best supporter in the "Film Fest International, London". Since then he starred in many Albanian and international co-productions world wide.
