However, after graduating in the financial crisis of 2008, with unemployment rates at a record high, jobless and in debit, he took that as a sign to follow a different path.
Embracing his passion for acting, he honed his craft in New York before earning acceptance into Harvard University's prestigious MFA program for Acting. Further refining his skills, Kota embarked on a residency at Stanislavski's Moscow Art Theater School in Russia.
