There was a scary incident that took place at WWE’s Performance Center in Orlando on Monday when a fan was shot outside of the facility.
Armando Alejandro Montalvo, 29, who is from the Orlando area, had allegedly being banned from the building by court order after previous incidents in recent weeks. When he refused to go away, while apparently holding a chain in his hands, a police officer shot him and he was sent to hospital.
More details have emerged today regarding the incident. It’s been reported that Montalvo had an obsession with WWE Hall of Famer Lita and also was a big Aj Lee fan. He had signs for Lita saying “Lita I Love you” and also had a chair and binoculars with him when he was arrested at the WWE Performance Center on August 4.

The WWE has responded after a man was wounded by police while trying to gain entry to the company’s Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, on Monday. “Unfortunately a deranged individual with no WWE affiliation, who had a court order prohibiting him from being on WWE property, was involved in an incident with an Orange County Sherriff’s deputy in the parking lot of the WWE Performance Center,” a spokesperson for the company said in a statement to TheWrap. “We defer to the Orange County Sherriff’s department for further comment and information.” The man was identified as Armando Alejandro Montalvo,...
