Lisa is, in her own words a "mature" Canadian actress and happy to be so... Trained as a classical dancer, she moved on to a Rep Theatre Company in her teens and continued in this vein, also booking myriad TV Commercials until a trip to Europe changed her course. Returning to the Canadian theatre and Indie Film scene after raising her family, she has been fortunate enough to be cast in numerous Short Films and various Features in the past few years. She was pleased to be nominated in Spring 2016 for Best Supporting Actress in the Short Film "Still Closed" directed by Mark Datuin at the Nice international Film Festival. In 2017 she was awarded Best Supporting Actress for "Best Intentions" at the Best Actors Film Festival in San Francisco.
