Fox has renewed its powerhouse cooking competition series “MasterChef” for a 14th season, ahead of reaching its landmark 250th episode tonight at 8/7c. According to a Fox press release, award-winning chef and executive producer Gordon Ramsay will return as a host and judge alongside acclaimed chef Aarón Sánchez and renowned restaurateur Joe Bastianich. Crowned the “Most Successful Cookery Television Format” by Guinness World Records, more than 60 adaptions have aired in 250+ countries.

By the conclusion of the 22nd Food Network South Beach Food & Wine Festival (Sobewff), 450 chefs had participated in 110-plus events attended by more than 60,000 food and beverage industry professionals, foodie fans, fine-dining fanatics, lovers of burgers, tacos and fried chicken, and the culinary-curious masses on the hunt for tasty bites and sips and a Guy Fieri selfie.

The wizard behind this culinary oz in the sand is Lee Brian Schrager, arguably one of the most influential people in Miami’s food scene as the founder of Sobewff and chief communications officer and senior vice president of social responsibility for Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, the largest liquor distributor in the United States.

Every winter, he makes magic happen in the Magic City as the event has transformed into being as much about culinary television, book and endorsement deals and celebrity chef sightings as it is about wine and food.

Food Network announced that Guy Fieri's Tournament of Champions IV will join its spring 2023 lineup. Tournament of Champions debuted in 2020 and featured some of the nation's most celebrated chefs facing off in culinary competitions. Hosted by Guy, the tournament challenges the chefs from both the East and West Coasts. The show's first three winners were Brooke Williamson (season 1), Maneet Chauhan (season 2), and Tiffani Faison (season 3). Tournament of Champions is known for its spinning randomizer, which determines which ingredients the chefs will have to use, along with how the food will be cooked and how much time the contestants have to complete the tasks.

In a press release, Food Network announced that Tournament of Champions IV will premiere on February 19. It is described as "the toughest and most unpredictable culinary competition." The fourth season will be "supersized," as the most talented chefs from the East and West Coasts are pushed...

Daniel Harthausen and his novel pop-up, Young Mother, have soared in popularity since he was declared the winner of The Big Brunch, and here's what fans of his culinary talents should know about the restaurant. Since the cooking competition's debut on HBO in November, The Big Brunch, which was created by Schitt's Creek mastermind Dan Levy, has become an unexpected hit among fans who are already ready for another season. Harthausen, who hails from Richmond, Virginia, competed against nine other culinary masterminds like finalists J. Chong and Danielle Sepsy in order to secure the 300,000 grand prize.

Although Harthausen was up against some fierce competition, his delicious Korean plates consistently impressed Levy and The Big Brunch judges, Sohla El-Waylly and Will Guidara. By the time Daniel, J., and Danielle made it to The Big Brunch finale, the three chefs had determined how they would use the 300,000 to expand their respective businesses.

“Tournament of Champions” Season 4 is finally set at Food Network. The new batch of episodes will fire up Sunday, Feb. 19 at 8 p.m.

The fourth season of the Guy Fieri-hosted bracket-style cooking competition will include a “randomizer wild card” twist, which “progressively get harder and harder in each round.” For the “Tournament of Champions” Season 4 finale on April 9, “Guy is pulling out the ultimate wild card by inviting a surprise judge who is one of the most respected and revered chefs in the world.”

Hey, "MasterChef" fans. Tonight, September 14, 2022, the very last, season finale episode of MasterChef's current season 12 did hit the air with judges: Gordon Ramsay, Aarón Sánchez, Joe Bastianich and special, former guest judge Graham Elliot. Tonight's finale episode picked up right where last week's episode left off with the finalists Michael, Christian and Dara preparing their entrees for the entree round. Michael ran into problems with his dish at about 5 minutes left to go. Gordon ran over him to give him some advice. He told him to compose himself.

The “MasterChef” fans have spoken and you want Dara Yu to win Season 12. The 20-year old from Los Angeles would the youngest champion in the show’s history, two years the junior of Season 1 winner Whitney Miller. The average age of a “MasterChef” winner over the past 11 seasons is 31. Dara is competing against Christian Green, a 36-year old from New Orleans and Michael Silverstein, a 34-year old from Pittsburgh.

Season 2 of the cooking competition series “The Great American Recipe” is set to premiere in Summer 2023, PBS announced Monday. The programmer also announced that Silvia Martinez, a home cook from California, won the series’ first season.

“The Great American Recipe” celebrates the multiculturalism that makes American food unique and iconic. The second season will once again give home cooks from around the country another opportunity to showcase their beloved signature dishes. Alejandro Ramos will once again serve as host, and chefs Leah Cohen, Tiffany Derry and Graham Elliot will return as judges. Production for Season 2 of the series, which is co-produced by Vpm and Objective Media Group America, is scheduled to begin in Fall 2022.

The public broadcaster has ordered eight-part series The Great American Recipe from The Cube producer Objective Media Group America.

The “uplifting” series is hosted by chef and Today Show contributor Alejandra Ramos with judges set as Leah Cohen, Tiffany Derry and Graham Elliot.

The series will give talented home cooks from different regions of the country the opportunity to showcase their beloved signature dishes and compete to win the national search.

It will premiere in 2022 and comes out of Virginia’s public media Vpm.

The series was announced by PBS President and CEO Paula Kerger during her TCA panel.
