Any Minute Now (2013)
Nancy Boo Orchis-Evans was a Beauty Queen, Model, Singer, Songwriter, Musician, Dancer, Actor, Comedian, Writer and Artist, whose public output spanned 2007 - 2019.

Her public life began in 2007 when, as a beauty queen, she won thirty five titles, gaining three honorable mentions, as well as one overall rating, one feature and three runner up grades.

She then began modeling, featuring on boutique websites, pageantry sites, posters, websites, portfolios, brochures, look books, exhibitions, film stills, in studios and published books. As a result, Nancy began to receive fan attention; requests for competitions, requests for merchandise, fan profiles began to appear, fan art, gifts and banners were received, her autograph was requested and she was mobbed at Lime Street station by Japanese tourists, all enthusiastically quoting her catch phrases, with whom she graciously posed for photographs. As a result, the 'MySpace Nancy Boo Merch Design Competition' appeared, closely followed by a competition to win the same, which both proved popular.

In 2008 Nancy released a CD which included a song she wrote herself.

Later the same year she appeared in Hollyoaks, as Leah, which led to her gaining lead and supporting roles in films, music videos, corporate videos, commercials and television programs, including Doctors, in which she played Aggie Radcliffe.

Many projects she worked on gained a lot of success; East won Best Feature and Best Screenplay at the UK Film Festival 2012 and an Award of Excellence from the Los Angeles Movie Awards 2012. All That Glitters screened at around fifty festivals around the world, representing the UK, it opened for special guest Eli Roth's Cabin Fever at the 2011 Motelx Horror Festival in Lisbon, it was picked up for distribution by Shorts International and it was shown on US and Turkish television. The S*** Kids Say, directed by Amanda Boyle, was covered by ITV news and BBC news and was later edited into a commercial, the release of which was covered by every news item and advertisement break, for months. The commercial later won a Silver Arrow at the National TV Advertising Awards, a Crystal at the Advertising Producers Association, "Pick of the Week" in Campaign, "Pick of the Week" in Creative Review in the UK, and "Pick of the Week" in AdWeek in the US. Photos taken by Martin Parr, for Ibis Hotels, created huge posters, which graced the Paris Metro for several months. Joshua was shown, on two consecutive days, at the IJJO International Conference, a delegation of 600 attendees, including guest of honor Kofi Annan, the 7th Secretary General of the United Nations, it was reviewed all over the world, including by the Guardian and on Mexicos biggest TV station and it was picked up for distribution by The Crypt. Les Soirs won the Reel 13 competition, in connection with New York Film Academy, which resulted in the film being shown on US TV and it was subsequently invited back, as part of a past winners contest, where the film triumphed once again and it was again shown on US TV. Lost Fairy was shown at Cannes and Before You Discard Me was shown, for a couple of years, as an opening presentation at military seminars across the UK.

Nancy also found time to complete several interesting character photo shoots.

She began writing, directing and acting out her own scripts, including writing, directing, narrating, editing and animating her own stop motion short; A Fat Dinosaur (BobbiiGirl, 2013). Her show reel was used as a tuition tool in a US acting class. Nancy went on to play a troll in V-Energy: Silence The Troll, for which she wrote her own script. The marketing campaign included the introduction of a micro site; V-hab, which was also available as an app, which converted trolling comments into pretty, cuddly, fluff and invited people to "do (their) worst!"

In mid 2014 Nancy began working on a book, along with compendium pieces of art, music and film. This huge undertaking was finally realized in 2016 with the release of The Magical Adventures of Princess Froglett, an illustrated fairy tale, which was accompanied by the illustrative CD Rainbow Seas, by Nancy and the Chocolate Frogs (BobbiiGirl, 2016), on which she sings, plays guitar, Keys, African Drums, Cowbells and acts as both songwriter and producer. She also produced a short movie called Hideaway Magic (BobbiiGirl, 2016), for which she acted as Director, Writer and Editor. By popular demand; she released her illustrations and plans as merchandise and framed artworks and she held several popular competitions, as well as a book discussion group. The book entered second edition status in 2019, having gained two honorable mentions.

In 2019 Nancy completed several music and science qualifications through Sheffield University, at which point she fully retired from public life, though she continues to have a passion for interesting, creative, self expression.
