Biography

Noelani Mei Lee is a writer, director and script supervisor who began her career at the early age of nine. She studied film and animation at the Austin School of Film and got her toes wet traveling the country and working with non-profit media organizations.

At age 19, in 2012, Noelani wrote and directed her first feature film, called Sleight. It was an Austin, Texas production with a small ragtag team and a lot of heart. The following year, she moved to Los Angeles, CA and promptly began her script supervising career. Her experience lies in commercials, television, and feature films. She is a member of the labor union, I.A.T.S.E. 871 and is a strong proponent for workers' rights.

Physical and mental health have both played a large role in Noelani's life and it has always been her goal to focus her projects on awareness of the struggles related to living with disability and invisible diseases.
