Lin Zhu(V)

Lin Zhu was born on 22 October,1987 in Wuhu,China. When she was a child, she was fascinated by her father's huge book collection, especially the complete works of Shakespeare and French classic literature. That was the source of Lin's first keen interest in theatre and film. Having acted in a local mini TV play, Lin became passionate in performance arts and storytelling, and went on to study at the Communication University of Zhejiang Province majoring in Film and Television Performance. Over the past 16 years, Lin has taken parts in many acting roles,and was involved in executive positions on Chinese and international productions. Her body of screen work, from acting to achieving joint financing, distribution deals for various productions has accumulated screen budget value over US$70 millions. She has won critical acclaims and commercial success for the 20 film/TV work, all of them has been exhibited theatrically, broadcast, and some were invited to official screenings at prestigious film festivals including Cannes, London, Berlin, Montreal, Seattle, San Diego, Hongkong, Beijing, Shanghai and Sydney. She is awardees of 5 major category awards.
