Aimee Patmore began her career at a young age, starring opposite Susie Porter and Brenna Hartley in ABC's award-winning series "My Place" directed by Samantha Lang (known for "Packed to the Rafters" and "The Killing Field"). Recently, Aimee collaborated with Abe Forsythe on the Stan series "Wolf Like Me," starring Isla Fisher and Josh Gad.
In 2022, Aimee ventured into filmmaking where she wrote, directed, and starred in "Pinch." She was nominated for the 2023 Young Filmmaker of the Year at the Byron Bay International Film Festival for this work. "Pinch" also won the Bronze Horseshoe at AsterFest (2023) and was accepted into New York's Imagine This Women's Film Festival (2023), Orlando Film Festival (2023), CineFem11 (2023), and the Canberra Short Film Festival (2023).
Aimee is internationally trained. In 2017, she was accepted into Stella Adler's Art of Acting Conservatory Program in Los Angeles on a scholarship. There, she trained in movement, voice, improvisation, theater studies, and film technique. Locally, she has worked with notable teachers such as Kevin Jackson, Nadia Townson, and Claire van der Boom.
