Kriti Kharbanda is an Indian actress working in Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi cinema. She studied at Baldwin's Girls' High School and later attended Bishop Cotton Girls' School in Bangalore. She completed her graduation from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College and has a diploma in jewellery design.

Kharbanda appeared in several advertisements as a child and continued modelling during her college years. Her famous campaigns include Fair & Lovely, Bhima Jewellers, and Spar. It was her advertisement with Spar that got her first acting break.

She debuted in the Telugu film industry with Pippalla Raj's Boni (2009), an action film in which she played the female lead role. While the film was unsuccessful at the box office, Kharbanda's performance earned positive reviews from critics.

Kharbanda's next release, Chiru (2010), was her debut in the Kannada film industry. The film was a box office success, and Kharbanda got good reviews for her performance. She next appeared in Ala Modalaindi (2011), a romantic-comedy film, in a supporting role as Simran.

Kharbanda was next seen in a leading role in the Telugu film Teen Maar (2011), a remake of the Hindi film Love Aaj Kal (2009). Her subsequent releases include Mr. Nookayya (2012) and Prem Adda (2012). The latter is a remake of a Kannada film, Subramaniapuram (2008).

The year 2013 was a year of multiple releases for Kharbanda. She was a part of two Telugu and two Kannada movies, including Galaate (2013), Ongole Githa (2013), and Om 3D (2013). Om 3D (2013) was Telugu cinema's first 3D action film.

Kharbanda was next seen in Googly (2013), where critics praised her acting. Her next movie, Super Ranga (2014), an action-comedy film, earned her the Critics' Best Actress Award at the South Indian International Movie Awards. She also received nominations for Best Actress at the Filmfare awards and Best Actress in a Leading Role at South Indian International Movie Awards.

Kharbanda was also seen in Belli (2014) and Thirupathi Express (2014) and received rave reviews for her roles. She continued her journey in the industry with positive reviews for her performance in Minchagi Nee Baralu (2015) and Bruce Lee: The Fighter (2015). Her performance in Bruce Lee: The Fighter (2015) earned her nominations for Best Supporting Actress - Telugu at the Filmfare Awards and the South Indian International Movie Award.

Kharbanda next debuted in the Hindi film industry with Vikram Bhatt's Raaz Reboot (2016). In 2017, she made her Tamil debut with Bruce Lee (2017) and was a part of Maasthi Gudi (2017).

Her next two releases were Hindi movies, Guest iin London (2017), a comedy-drama with Kartik Aaryan, and Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana (2017) with Rajkummar Rao. The latter was labelled as the best performance of her Hindi film career.

Khabardana was next seen playing a cameo in Karwaan (2018) and a lead role in Dalapathi (2018). She next appeared in the romantic-comedy Veerey Ki Wedding (2018) and an action-comedy film Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se... (2018). She was also a part of Housefull 4 (2019) and Anees Bazmee's Pagalpanti (2019).
