Founder of Syndrome Films, Daniel van Hoogstraten has a law degree and years of experience in the film and entertainment industry. In parallel of being a film producer, he worked on several festivals and markets, such as RioMarket, Festival do Rio, Rio2C and Brasilia Int'l Film Festival. Daniel also worked on a film distribution company and served several times as juror for the Emmy International.
